About Me

From organising rainforest-fundraisers at school, to campaigning for 'ethical' investment and fairtrade purchasing at University, I have always believed that the relationship between money and the environment must be a mutually beneficial one.

I followed my Geography degree (specialising in Quaternary climate change, biogeography and conservation) with a biodiversity offsets project at a forward-thinking asset manager back in 2005. 

Then, after several years organising environmental capital markets days at the London Stock exchange, and fund-raising roadshows for green technology companies, I spent the remainder of my 20s running marketing and communications for two of London's leading sustainable investment management firms - first Impax, then WHEB.

For the past ten years I have provided strategic communications, PR, and writing, to leading sustainability-driven investor initiatives and research organisations, listed and private equity funds, private wealth managers, and industry bodies.

Groups I have worked with include the  Finance and Deforestation Advisory Group (COP 26 Commitment), ESG Communications, the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change, the Carbon Disclosure Project, the Science Based Targets Initiative, UK Sustainable Finance and Investment Association, EIT-Climate KIC, Clim8 Invest, FaithInvest, portfolio.earth (Bankrolling Extinction) and many others.

With nearly 20 years' experience across multiple aspects of finance, communications, PR and marketing, an in-depth understanding of climate and nature-related issues, and an excellent track record generating top-tier press coverage, I am an enthusiastic and diligent member of finance, research, and NGO-led teams tackling sustainability challenges across the globe.

I am fortunate to be part of a network of expert communications consultants, designers, writers, and specialist PR firms, with whom I often work with in partnership to extend both capacity and expertise.
